About The Pull Request

This was requested by Mycah, and tgui works for me so... I did it.

I HAVE NEVER PLAYED ERIS AND THIS NEEDS TESTING EXTENSIVELY I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO GET TO SOME OF THESE MACHINES

Additionally, these UIs will not be perfect till I can get my hands on and adjust them - They may look completely whack, but I need to see them before I can make any styling changes.

Late join menu is not scrollable. Also there is now departments so if you're able to sort by department categories that would be lovely. (Check SSjobs and job.department)

ATM looks nice, just needs a lot of do_afters and cooldowns otherwise it's very spammable. (see COOLDOWN_DECLARE)

did photocopier stuff, looks better now just wanna make toners phsyical things inside of the copiers, and also, cooldowns and wait times lmao
