The 0.22.3 changelog entry for the TUI rendering revert was merged with awkward wording ("while rendering issues are reworked" / "相关渲染问题正在重新设计"). This follow-up PR fixes the wording.

What changed

• Updated the TUI revert entry in apps/kimi-code/CHANGELOG.md to state that the revert fixes related rendering issues.
• Updated the corresponding entry in docs/en/release-notes/changelog.md for consistency.
• Updated the corresponding entry in docs/zh/release-notes/changelog.md for consistency.
