Initial GDAL executable wrappers with classes for gdal2tiles, gdalwarp, gdalinfo, and gdaltranslate. Note that further optimization is needed to ensure parameters and commands follow expectations from GDAL. Companion driver for gdal2tiles is in separate proposed folder.
