Again PCI-36/or maybe PCI-7 (symptoms - same for other pregnancy anomaly observations)? unless you think otherwise, there is no longer a question regarding pregnancy history

I'm not sure PS-14 is the correct tag, however, there is no MDS question related to platelets so I would probably just remove the tag completely or add a tag of MIS-1

Might be better to add all the relevant pregnancy tags as this observation also includes pregnancy type, EDD and fetal gestation etc.

Some fields and entire sections(e.g, Final Sample) have been removed. Also, some fields r-ordering have been introduced so I have align with that.
