- Pin `jscpd` to version `4.0.0` to avoid platform dependency errors and incompatible flag errors. - Append `**/dist/**,**/build/**` to the `--ignore` pattern in `jscpd` to prevent false positives from build artifacts. - Explicitly install `bandit` and `openenv-core` in the `python-quality` CI job to prevent command-not-found errors during pipeline execution. - Add `bandit` and `openenv validate` steps to the `python-quality` job to enforce SAST and OpenEnv checks server-side. - Prepend `PYTHONPATH=.` to the `pytest` command to fix module import errors during tests. - Add `CYCLE_8_REPORT.md` documenting this sprint's continuous improvement cycle.
