- Added PYTHONPATH=. to pytest run in code-quality.yml. - Replaced simple git lfs pull with a robust hook configuration in code-quality.yml to fix LFS errors. - Added openenv-core and bandit to python pip install steps in code-quality.yml. - Pinned jscpd to version 4.0.0 and added **/dist/**, **/build/** to the ignore pattern to avoid scanning build artifacts.
