…ecks - Pinned `jscpd` version to `4.0.0` in `.github/workflows/code-quality.yml` to prevent failures caused by upstream v5 API changes. - Added `**/dist/**` and `**/build/**` to the `--ignore` pattern for `jscpd` to prevent false positive code duplication reports from generated artifacts. - Created `CYCLE_8_REPORT.md` documenting the CI reliability improvements.
