Add Docker Support

• Added basic tutorial for docker support
• Postgres, and the bot are added for easy setup
• The rest is self-explanatory

My suggestion is that you move the contents of /docker to the root as there's no real reason to put those files in their own directory, especially if you're just going to be moving them out anyways.

Other than that, it looks fine to me. I will test later

I don't even exactly remember WHY I put them in a folder in the first place... Good Idea
