This PR updates the REST license plugin to better support the “license” Grafana dashboard by ensuring license instances can be uniquely identified when multiple installed licenses exist under the same license/scope/owner grouping.
Changes:
- Include
installed_licenseas part of the per-licenseinstanceKeyto avoid collisions between multiple license records. - Reuse the parsed
installed_licensevalue when setting the instance label.
