This PR bundles these changes:

  • A new Suggested Databases panel that surfaces real-time DB cards on the home/DB page.
  • Revision-controlled rendering for the dataset detail page — content refreshes when a user selects a revision.
  • UI/UX redesign: database cards + search layout polish
