I found some typos while reading through the policies documentation. Just minor typo fixes, as well as casing to match other sections of the document (e.g. Name, Policy -> name, policy)
There were many lint issues with the file, so I've have to correct them. I ran the changes locally, compared the live docs page side by side. Skimmed through and they look good.
