Patch release that supersedes v1.14.8, whose tag pointed at a commit predating the webClientVersion sync fix. No dependency change (omnyshell stays ^1.52.0); bumps both version sources (pubspec.yaml + lib/core/ version.dart) together, kept in sync per test/core/version_test.dart.
