Sayali: auto-fill start date with current local date when adding new task

Description

Implements Task "Start Date" Autofill (Priority High)

Main changes explained:

• Updated AddTaskModal.jsx to auto-fill the Start Date field with the current local date when the Add Task modal is opened
• Start Date resets to current date on modal close and Reset button click
• Field remains manually editable by the user

How to test:

1. Check out branch Sayali_Task_StartDate_Autofill
2. npm install && npm run start:local
3. Clear cache, log in as admin
4. Navigate to Other Links → Projects → any project → WBS → Add Task
5. Verify Start Date is auto-filled with today's date
6. Verify Start Date can be manually changed
7. Verify Reset button resets Start Date to today's date
8. Verify dark mode works
