- Add deep sleep upload queue and wake flush flow
- feat: make deep-sleep queue expiry configurable and default to 4h
- fix: use connectable=False in BLE entity available check for deep sleep support
- test: add BLE entity available property tests for deep sleep non-connectable fix
- cleanup of unused imports
