Issues while running the github pipelines from ADO

We are not able to run the github pipelines from ADO. Getting the error : "No hosted parallelism has been purchased or granted. To request a free parallelism grant, please fill out the following form https://aka.ms/azpipelines-parallelism-request"

Go to billing under org settings and make sure MS hosted CI/CD and self-hosted CI/CD looks below.
