@bastianjoel made some changes to the new collection and fields:

• removed reference attribute from multiple fields because the generated schema was not correct
• added meeting_id field to the meeting_poll_default: for equal_fields constraints (currently implemented in schema only for group_ids. used_as_*_poll_config_in_meeting_id are still checked in backend)
• made ballot_paper_selection enum lowercase: to match the other enums used in our collections files
• renamed some back relations

I just noticed that the ballot paper related fields are not needed anymore.

Still waiting for OpenSlides/openslides-backend#3644. Multiple common actions (like meeting.create) will fail without it.
