fix(spec): unify exported image directories#18

Align SPEC2006 and SPEC2026 image exports with the SPEC2017 layout so all three workloads write bin, kernel, rootfs, elf, cmd, cfg, gcpt, logs, and stamp artifacts consistently. Add single-case image export support with BENCH for SPEC2006, SPEC2017, and SPEC2026, export SPEC2006 build logs into the image tree, and make SPEC2026 image builds track input-sensitive build state. Update the SPEC2006, SPEC2017, and SPEC2026 READMEs to document the unified output structure and the single-case export commands.
