Adds a project README introducing tron-contracts as a port of OpenZeppelin Contracts to the TVM (based on v5.6.1), flagging that it is under active development and unaudited, with install/usage and a table mapping every ported and referenced standard between its TRON (TIP/TRC) and Ethereum (EIP/ERC) identifiers.
