generateFlatDefinitionsTsvFromFullLinkml - generates a TSV based on the contents for the linkML include definitions, enums, regex and data types generateTemplateTsvFromFullLinkml - parses and converts each linkML class into a template TSV
- removed initial spacing in templates - replaced list delimiters with commas - replace validation delimiters with semi-colons
