A tiny fix that swaps out a gridss function to samtools. Now handles old-style quality score encoding, resolving a long-standing issue in virusbreakend.

A tiny fix that swaps out a gridss function to samtools. Now handles old-style quality score encoding, that should resolve a long-standing issue in virusbreakend - the issue here #603.
