One-shot production activation that removes stale Video Factory GPU instances, provisions a fresh verified Vast.ai GPU, starts an authenticated ComfyUI API explicitly rather than relying on template defaults, installs and hashes the official Wan 2.2 stack, binds the approved workflow, runs a real GPU smoke render, and verifies the production dashboard readiness. No plaintext credential is committed.
