The core payroll use cases cover the following areas:
- Onboarding: Setting up the tenant
- Case Management: Changing company and employee data
- Payrun: Cyclical and non-cyclical calculation of employee wages
- Reporting: Evaluation of wage data
The following figure shows the payroll objects of the core use cases.
- Reuse and extend existing regulations.
- Isolation of customer customizations in a regulation.
- Further developments and updates take place in additional regulations separate from the production regulations.

- Each case can be scheduled, limited and canceled (including automatic retro-calculation).
