This pull request includes 2 things:

Swift Package Manager support, for easier modern usages.
A direct uiColor & nsColor function to get a UIColor or NSColor directly from a PFColorHash object.

let colorHash = PFColorHash()
let uiColor = colorHash.uiColor("this is a test string")


          SPM support + UIColor convenience
