Restore pre-codex nav (drop API/Python/Citations entries)#40

Codex's #37 added 'API', 'Python', and an 'About > Citations' sub-item to the local Header.tsx nav. Those entries weren't there pre-codex; the nav was Research / Model / About (Team, Supporters) / Donate. Keep the non-nav changes from #37: SITE_URL canonical → www, Turbopack root config, SEO/sitemap cleanups. Only the four NAV_ITEMS additions revert.
