Summary

Codex's #37 ("Align PolicyEngine shell navigation") added three new nav entries to the local Header.tsx:

  • top-level APIpolicyengine.org/us/api
  • top-level Pythonpolicyengine.org/us/python
  • About sub-item Citationspolicyengine.org/us/citations

Those weren't part of the pre-codex nav, which had Research / Model / About (Team, Supporters) / Donate. Reverting just the NAV_ITEMS additions restores the original navigation.

Kept from #37

  • SITE_URL/OG_IMAGE canonical URL changes (policyengine.orgwww.policyengine.org)
  • Turbopack root config in next.config.mjs
  • robots / sitemap cleanups

Verification

  • bun run build — clean

Codex's #37 added 'API', 'Python', and an 'About > Citations' sub-item
to the local Header.tsx nav. Those entries weren't there pre-codex; the
nav was Research / Model / About (Team, Supporters) / Donate.

Keep the non-nav changes from #37: SITE_URL canonical → www, Turbopack
root config, SEO/sitemap cleanups. Only the four NAV_ITEMS additions
revert.
