Zarr3Writer now writes multiscales under attrs["ome"] per the NGFF 0.5 spec, and Zarr3Reader._get_axis_info() reads from that location with fallback to the v2 layout. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
