Cheerio released version 1.0.0 on August 9th. Since then, a fresh install of easygettext results in an error when importing
cheerioUtilsfromcheerio/lib/utils. (See Cheerio v1.0.0 Release Notes).This PR forces the Cheerio version to 1.0.0, as there have been breaking changes since 1.0.0-rc.3, which are causing the error. Additionally, Node and Jest had to be upgraded to be compatible with Cheerio 1.0.0.
