• Click "More info" → "Run anyway" if Windows SmartScreen appears

3. Click "Open" when macOS shows "unidentified developer" warning

Why this step? The app is code-signed but not yet notarized by Apple.
This is normal for new apps. Right-clicking allows you to bypass the warning
safely. Full notarization coming in future releases.
