Add GTM engineering section to Sales, CS & Onboarding handbook nav

Changes

Adds a new GTM engineering sub-group to the Sales, CS & Onboarding section of the handbook nav (accounts-overview section).

• src/navs/index.js — new "GTM engineering" sub-group (placed at the end of the section, after "Enablement & resources") with a single "Overview" link.
• contents/handbook/growth/sales/gtm-engineering.md — minimal placeholder page so the nav link resolves and the group renders consistently with its siblings.

No real content yet — this is just the nav scaffolding. The placeholder page keeps check-links-post-build happy (an empty nav group degrades to a dead grey label; the sidebar only renders a collapsible group when it has at least one linked child).

Open questions

• Placement: currently at the bottom of the section — happy to move it near the top for more prominence.
• URL: used /handbook/growth/sales/gtm-engineering. There's a separate growth-engineering/ folder already, so if GTM engineering should live under its own path as it grows, easy to adjust (with a redirect).
