Add GTM Engineering team page

Changes

Adds the repo-side content for the new GTM Engineering small team, following the process in contents/handbook/engineering/posthog-com/small-teams.mdx:

• contents/teams/gtm-engineering/index.mdx
• contents/teams/gtm-engineering/objectives.mdx

Both files are modeled on an existing team (error-tracking) and contain clearly-marked TODO: placeholders for the real copy — team responsibilities, Slack channel, personas, and quarterly objectives with drivers.

Note on the Teams listing

The /teams listing is generated from the CMS (allSqueakTeam), not from src/navs/index.js — there is no "Engineering / Not engineering" nav grouping in this repo. For /teams/gtm-engineering to appear and render, a matching team record (with a crest) still needs to be created in the CMS via /teams → New team → Save & publish. This PR only covers the repo MDX content.
