Based on the discussion at https://github.com/Project-Counter/CodeTeam_Discussions/discussions/93 I drafted an update to the section 11. I added the suggested
Noteelement, but I renamed it toLast_Change_Noteto make is explicit that the note is about theLast_Changefield (new fields may be added later).
