v2.6 beta 2a hotfix M19 skip

• Doppelganger can now be used even if Force Single Actor is disabled.
• Quicksilver and Doppelganger now uses double-tap feature (Double tap D-Pad Right = Quicksilver & Double tap D-Pad Left = Doppelganger).
• Weapon Switcher's Devil and Sword option removed.
• Devil Trigger abilities and costumes were fixed when Weapon Switcher is enabled.
• Automatically skips Mission 19 Phase 2 to prevent the crash (data\dmc3\GData.afs\EventTbl19.bin).

Issues:

• Mission 19 2nd Part boss fight still crashes.
• Mission 20 credits crashes when using Weapon Switcher is enabled.
