… Action

Companion collection of current governing people (board/officers/paid staff) per
foundation, keyed to the _foundations identifier. Schema.org Person base,
per-fact sourceUrl + confidence, asOf/retrieved freshness. Includes a
deterministic no-AI weekly refresh GitHub Action and an AGENTS.md SOP.
- Remap 6 hostname-derived slugs to canonical identifiers in normaliser
  (foundation->fsharp, foundation2->llvm, foundation3->rust, opensource->osi,
   ev->kde, laptop->olpc); rename files + identifier field accordingly.
- Carries through the three source fixes: Rust YAML quoted, benetech advisory
  council excluded (18), KDE staff included (16).
- Supersedes the provisional 1048-person normalise (0cadcb9).
Mark Szymanski was a sponsor-nominated Advisory Board representative (non-governing).
Advisory boards/councils are excluded everywhere else in the set (benetech, Creative
Commons, OSET), so removing him keeps the leadership definition uniform. Corpus 1162->1161.
86 foundations, 1,161 people; 76 publish leadership; board median 7 (mean 8.4);
48 with paid staff; coverage bio 50% / contact 17% / term 13%; 19 cross-org.
Refreshed to the corrected 1,161 dataset.
