Import 2G shell
extract offline reqs and add to local pypi server

• upload Service package to cloudshell in manage > shells > import
• extract offline reqs into local pypi server on Quali server:
  C:\Program Files (x86)\QualiSystems\CloudShell\Server\Config\Pypi Server Repository
