Adding/updating content

1. Place .pkg.tar.zst packages in the store directory
2. Run scripts/repackage.sh to convert to clean zips
3. Run scripts/generate-content-json.sh to build the index
4. Upload zips as a GitHub Release
5. Commit content.json
