Remotely Trigger Simulations on Hardware

Description

Support sensor mod "detecting boost" by waiting fro an Ethernet packet for demonstrations. Also introduce signal handlers for native_sim builds to properly clean up resources and gracefully shutdown

Sent packet over port and saw the fun numbers change and spike
