Two new additional container files build on top od CentOS 10 Stream and with the latest official release of ROCM 7.1.1.
Motivation
CentOS 10 stream is still popular operating system and it's being used widely so having container with recent stable version of ROCM may be very worm welcome.

Build container using the new container files using Docker and Podman.
Test Result
Both builds have completed successfully.
