Test branch copied from php84-compat to verify CI required checks.

CI fix

Restores the Coding Standards job matrix (8.0, 8.1, 8.2) so check names match main branch protection (Coding Standards (8.0) etc.). The original php84-compat branch used a single CS job, which left required checks stuck as "Expected".

Branch protection expects Coding Standards (8.0–8.2); a single CS job
only reported "Coding Standards" and left merge checks pending.
