Also added a couple missing locations. Some have notes out of uncertainty.
Sewers upper and lower were sending the other's location
Added Song of Storms as viable method for gossip fairies
To make consistent w/ playground rupee logic.
4 were missing Zora Mask requirement
The one on the smithy roof
Added missing pot in spring mountain village
The 3 at the top were looking for village access rather than Snowhead.
