Updated the Japanese docs in commit 86b414b0 to match the Java migration updates, including the Java package/repository changes in the 2.0 upgrade guide and the localized sidebar label for the new migration guide.
@copilot I removed a remark from the document and renamed it. Update the JP docs to match.
Updated in 403d59b. The Japanese docs now match the rename by pointing to /web/upgrade-guide-v2.0.0-java, and the Japanese sidebar translation metadata was updated to the renamed doc ID.
