Updates:

• Adds lifecycle category, normative source, and claim boundary.
• Adds a role narrative for the canonical Integration domain surface.
• Standardizes public verification, evidence, and authority boundaries.
• Adds a navigation footer back to Evaluation Kit and Documentation.

Correct the parked lifecycle claim

This new README metadata presents the repo as canonical, but the repository’s own role metadata still declares "role": "PARKED_RESEARCH" in repo.role.json.
