P2 Badge Correct the parked lifecycle claim

This new README metadata presents the repo as canonical, but the repository’s own role metadata still declares "role": "PARKED_RESEARCH" in repo.role.json. For consumers or registry checks that use the README as the public classification surface, this now advertises a parked research module as canonical until the authoritative role metadata is updated or the README keeps the parked status.
