Changes how the model receives the composition of plant material and organic amendments.
Previously through DPM/RPM ratio for plant material and given values within the model code for organic amendment. Now proportions of plant material going to DPM and RPM, and organic amendment going to DPM, RPM, Bio and Hum pools can be provided more intuitively.

Adds options to moisture function to allow for dryland soils to be modelled as in (Farina, Coleman & Whitmore, 2013). Retains options for standard running.

Requires small change to input files to accommodate the options and additional soil variables (silt (%), bulk density (g cm-3), organic carbon (%)).
