Context

AI/ai-sdk-java-backlog#330.

RG scoped prompt templates are now supported in Orchestration.

Feature scope:

Updated TemplateConfig with reference and byId methods for RG enum + changed names of old methods to explicitly be used for the tenant enum only.
Updated Orchestration Service class with methods for RG scope.
Testing
- Added Tests in OrchestrationTest and OrchestrationUnitTest classes.
- Updated testTemplateReferenceConstruction() in OrchestrationConvenienceUnitTest.

Functionality scope stated & covered
Tests cover the scope above
Error handling created / updated & covered by the tests above
~~Aligned changes with the JavaScript SDK~~
Documentation updated
