AI/ai-sdk-java-backlog#359.

Updating Models List to align with SAP notes.

0 00158 Question: What is the status of gpt-4o exactly? When trying to deprecate gpt-4o-mini, it said it was already in use, although stated here that it is deprecated with an expected retirement date of 31/03/2026, so shall I deprecate it?

When trying to deprecate gpt-4o-mini, it said it was already in use

If GPT_4O is in use, you need to replace usages of GPT_4O to something newer

If GPT_4O is in use, you need to replace usages of GPT_4O to something newer

GPT_4O is still not deprecated, but GPT_4O_MINI is, so I replaced its usages.
