DM Calls

Description

Done:

• calls can be accepted
• opens into dm with call taking up top half above the room chat
• calls can be started
• msc4075
• resizeable call panel in dm room with chat below, like discord
• push notifs, can't make it actual call things due to pwa... not really but not really possible until native apps

Todo:

• ringtone selection?
