Version Bump

Bumping version from 5.1.1 to 5.2.0 to prepare for release.

Changes since v5.1.1 (14 commits)

Key improvements:

• Performance improvements (PR Performance: Fix allocation in p23_f! (Chandrasekhar function) - 76x speedup #173): Fixed allocations in p23_f! (Chandrasekhar function) and added allocation tests
• Import hygiene (PR Add ExplicitImports.jl tests for import hygiene #171): Added ExplicitImports.jl tests
• Dependency updates (PR Bump Aqua to 0.8 in all sublibraries #170): Bumped Aqua to 0.8 and disabled persistent_tasks test for SDE/Jump libraries, added compat entries for stdlib dependencies
• Subpackage version bumps: Updated versions for all sub-libraries

Outstanding Registrations

Note: BVProblemLibrary v0.1.8 was bumped in commit bb67c7d but was never registered. After this PR is merged, both packages need registration:

CI Status Update

All test suites are passing ✓

The only failing check is the Format Check, which appears to be a false positive since this PR only modifies Project.toml (version bump from 5.1.1 to 5.2.0). TOML files don't require JuliaFormatter.
