Refactor action "insert worknote" to remove HTTP status codes

Refactored action named previously "Append work notes to records directly from a Flow"

• rename to "Insert Worknote"
• remove HTTP result codes from script + action outputs
• validate input table name & sys ID in the script - as they are text and could be hand-written, mistakes can be made
• validate that the "update()" was successful
• add error messages for bad table name & bad sys_id

The action was tested on a random Incident record.
