Thank you for your contribution. The action has only 1 step which is 'create record' and the inputs are very few instead it would be more efficient to use the 'create record' step directly in the flow rather than creating a separate action for it. Closing this for now. Once you make additional changes, feel free to re-open this Pull Request or create a new one. |

Create Incident Action
Define Inputs
Add Caller ID (Reference → sys_user)
Add Short Description (String)
Add Create Record Step
Use Create Record to insert a new record into the incident table.
Map Inputs to Fields
Caller ID → Caller field in Incident
Short Description → Short Description field in Incident
Define Outputs
Incident Number → Returns the new incident number
Incident Sys ID → Returns the sys_id of the created incident
Reuse in Flows : The Action can now be used in any Flow Designer flow to automate Incident creation.
