Get Manager's Reportees

This actions helps developer to find the manager of user and get all the reportees sysid's of that manager in an array so that this array of sysid's can be used further for a quick communication.

For example: if the manager has left the organization, then all the manager's reportees can be sent a mailer. By using this action the developer can easily find out the reportees of this manager.
