This actions helps the developers to check if the selected user has any active tickets or not. If the user has active tickets then it prints the ticket numbers and if the user doesnt have any active tickets then it gives out a string stating "There are no active tickets, please proceed with the deactivation of the user's profile."

Example Scenario: When we are about to deactivate a user profile we need to check the active tickets assigned to the user and reassign them to the queue and send a notification to the groups that this user profile is being deactivated so the developers can use this action and find out all the active tickets to address them.
