Get_Reportees_Details

This action retrieves the sys_ids of all users who directly report to the selected user. It queries the sys_user table and returns an array (or comma-separated string) of user sys_ids whose manager field matches the selected user's sys_id.

Typical Use Case:

1. To dynamically assign tasks or approvals to all direct reports of a specific manager.
2. To trigger notifications or flows for an entire reporting chain.
